Who We Are
Amy
Practice Administrator
Amy helps us maintain balance in the entire practice by overseeing all operations, procedures, employees, and finances. Many do not know, but Amy is actually Dr. Gulvin's sister and she runs the entire practice alongside Dr. Gulvin. In her spare time she can be found rescuing animals off of the side of the road and spending time with her to boys, Derek and Dylan.
Kim
Office Manager
Coming all the way from Moravia NY, Kim helps us maintain clinic flow, manages our inventory, maintains client and business relationships, and assists our Doctors when needed in the clinic. On her spare time Kim likes to ride horses, spend time with her daughter and husband, and snuggle with her dogs and cats.
Matt
Maintenance and Property Management
Matt helps us keep everything working properly and maintains the property, building, and vet trucks. He can also be found managing the Horses of Heart of Gold. On his spare time, Matt likes to Hunt, fish, and spend time with his two boys Hayden and Noah.
Alexa
Lead Assistant
Alexa has significant medical background and comes to us all the way from Moravia every day! She is in charge of our in house laboratory equipment and assists our doctors with procedures in clinic and on the road. On her spare time she likes to hunt and spend time training her Great Dane/Cane Corso dog Storm.
Laura
Veterinary Assistant
Laura helps keep our patients happy, calm, and safe while they are in the clinic and on the road. She assists our veterinarians with procedures, performs nail trims, and makes sure appointments are as smooth and stress free as possible. On her spare time, Laura likes to hike with her two dogs, Copper and Brutus, Hunt, and spend time outdoors.

Client Service Representative
Laura has extensive background in assisting clients in the veterinary field. She is one of the friendly helpful voices on the other end of the phone and is in charge of making sure our mobile schedules are accurate and full. On her spare time she is an avid crocheter, likes to travel with her husband Bob, and enjoys watching our Heart of Gold Racecar Race in Canandaigua every Saturday all summer long.
Jenelle
Client Service Representative
Jenelle is one of the warm, kind, voices on the other end of the phone and is in charge of checking your pet in during an in-clinic appointment. She brings extensive customer service experience to the team. On her spare time she loves to spend time with her 10 dogs and snuggle puppies
Nicole
Client Service Representative
Nicole joins us part-time and helps with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and other office needs. On her spare time she likes to take her German Shephard dogs for walks.
Marilyn
Practice Accountant
We all call her "Grandma" as she is Dr Gulvin's grandmother. Grandma is the true reason this beautiful building was possible by helping us get land. During the day, Grandma helps with our account management and keeping our bills paid. In her spare time she likes to be with her dog, Bear, and go shopping at Kohls.
Maddie
Student Worker
Maddie is a student in High School and she works for us part-time by helping with phones and appointments where needed. Maddie likes to spend time training and showing horses when she is not in school.
Bonnie
Kennel Assistant
Bonnie helps us make sure patients are comfortable and clean while staying in the hospital. She also assists with appointments and overall cleanliness of the hospital.
